Moreover, their trust was broken by an agency that flooded their account with fake bot followers, damaging the credibility, killing engagement, and limiting the reach of each post. Initially, we built a brand book that would elucidate their tone, palette, and visual story. Crafting a brand persona and social strategy tailored for spiritual audiences, GDMR implemented consistent content planning, graphic design, and engagement tactics using Adobe Photoshop.
